Am I in the wrong?

TL:DR should I tell my boss that I don't want to work when it's less then 30°F outside? I install windows and doors for a living. There's only 3 installers and 2 bosses. Bosses don't install everyday, so it's mostly myself and 2 others. I have heart problems and I'm getting to the point where being outside in the cold hurts my joints, I get overly tired and warm drinks and hand warmers don't help enough. If us installers take more then 5 minutes to warm up inside, whichever boss is around tells us we need to take whatever time we spend out of our lunch break. I don't feel like $16/hr is worth being outside when it's that cold. Am I being unreasonable?
