Am I owed money? (delivery fees)

At the restaurant I work for, in house delivery, our delivery fees are $6 up to 5 mile radius and 2x fee ($12) for up to 10 mile radius. I get paid ~$7 hourly plus I keep the whole delivery fee plus tip, if they do. But if an order comes in online (through chownow), it's only set up to charge them one fee ($6) and up to all 10 miles. I've mentioned it before, but I'm honestly not sure there's an option on the app to charge in tiers like that.. do I accept my fate? The hosts sometimes forget to put the fee on before they charge the person(over the phone) so I'd have to call them back and re-charge them, and sometimes they think we're trying to get free money, sometimes I just don't feel like arguing with customers and I lose out there too.. recently there…

recently there was a large ($140) delivery order that was exactly 10 miles away and the host didn't charge them any delivery fee, and when he called he said the customer didn't want to pay $12 and would tip me instead, ended up being $2, not even the rest of the delivery.
