Long story short…. my dad went into the hospital late last night, after dealing with that I went into work this morning to run a workshop that I volunteered to do bc the two others I work with are on boarding new staff and are scheduled to run the other workshops today. After I ran it I went to meet up with mum at the hospital and now we are heading home with my dad
Was I wrong to not just right in and say that I couldn't make it today even though nobody would have seen it until 30 minutes before the workshop and would had to scramble?
