Am I required to send my manager screenshots of a text conversation between me and a coworker?

For background: I am a supervisor at a very special Green Coffee Fast Food Chain. The other day, one of my coworkers didn't come in, so after a while I texted her to see if she was okay/coming in. I said okay because I didn't really think about it, but she just texted me again asking me for the screenshots and I really don't think I need to or have to??? It's making me uncomfortable that she wants screenshots of a private conversation between me and my coworker. Is this a violation of a law or something? Can I legally get in trouble at work for not giving her the screenshots?
