So I've worked at my company for 3ish years. In that time I have only gotten one raise, and that was because I got transferred to a new department (not my choice but the new place ended up being better).
So here's something that pesters me. Our CEO is currently at a festival in another country, and got to do an interview with a celebrity. Meanwhile the rest of us our told the company has a policy against cost of living increases, despite no one getting a raise when covid started. So now a lot of us are living paycheck to paycheck.
This is messed up right?
