Okay hear me out
Poor planning and execution of workload by the company does not constitute a sense of urgency needed from the employee
They knew the deadlines of the orders and shipments when they signed the contracts so if they can't meet those promises they should be the ones renegotiating the contracts not forcing their workers to work 50 and 60 hour weeks to make up for their negligence
I understand depending on the company there's more that goes into it than that but I'm speaking more as a generality
