Amazon implying wellness is non-productive.

I (F20) have been working on Amazon for 5 months and since day one I was shocked by everything and the way they think. I work in a back office position where I have to be fully on the screen 8 hours. Anyway, I can't take it anymore. They have these “Wellness” talks every week which take about an hour (AN HOUR). And my manager says we have to attend those in our lunch time because they don't have the freedom of using Non-productive time that way. THIS IS F- RIDICULOUS. Also, Wellness and other activities like meetings that are not related to production being categorized as non-productive time says much about this people. Oh and let's not forget that they offer 15 min break rewards for those who outstand. Wow. Thank you for the bare minimum.
