I work in a company which pretty much has offices all around the world, and guess which workers don't get paid maternal leave and guaranteed holidays? Yeah, the ones who live in the US. I live in Europe so just 6 months in my job, I just put my 5 week summer vacation (2 weeks of earned vacations from 6 months of work and 3 weeks of paid fathernal leave) application letter in today and it was approved in 15 minutes. The vacation time even has higher salary thanks to holiday bonuses. But not for US workers.
