American working for a non-american company, it’s amazing.

Just felt like I should share for any potential job seekers. I'm an American and until recently I worked for a major coffee chain with green aprons. I was led to believe that they had such amazing benefits and then I started working for a swedish company (still in the US and not Ikea) and I have to say the difference is night and day. If you're looking for a place to work I'd recommend looking at companies based in Europe with offices or factories in the US. If possible don't settle for companies that pay shit, treat you like shit and try to say they're all about taking care of the employee. Basically if possible don't settle for American standards.
