This is a link to their site. (I have heard of one of those “devil corp” companies being called Amplify but this seemed liked a different Amplify.)

I’ve recently had some interviews for a position with them. I’m not sure if something is off….
They say on the site that they have Fortune 500 clients but don’t mention a single one of them by name. I read that this could be a bad sign.
It’s a direct marketing position with a base pay plus commissions.
They kept emphasizing that there are four positions but that an employee is not meant to stay in just one of them. The goal is to work your way through all positions, essentially getting promoted, to get to the 4th position at the top. (Sorry not sure how to explain it at the moment.)
I know at most jobs the goal is usually to get promoted, but it seemed strange how rapidly they were talking about going through each position and promotion. It seems like they’d need people at the lower level too in order to function. With rapid promotions, wouldn’t they just always have to be hiring massive amounts of new people?
In addition to that, the work week is 6 days a week from about 9:00am to as late as 7:00pm some days. I wasn’t sure if this was normal for marketing jobs. Seems like a lot.
Sorry, these thoughts were a bit unorganized.
Anyway, has anyone dealt with them or heard of them before who can give advice?
