I worked at a burrito place ages ago in high school. I remember watching the tip jar fill up and asked the manager what we do with it at the end. He said he saves it all and then everyone will use it to go On a camping trip in the summer.
I wish this was resource back then. Or that I asked people about this and spoke up, but I was young and inexperienced.
This is illegal I assume, and there’s no doubt that guy is a crook and screw him. I didn’t work there too long. Manager called me one day and I said I can’t make it in Today… or ever again . I did learn how to roll a mean burrito though.
