In my whole lifetime, I've never a bigger asshole than this guy. He would berate and talk down even to my bosses just because he's holding onto to some level of an appointment closer to a director. He's not working directly under us but from what I understand, he's an acting chairman in how we run our business and time to time would be there to advise on how things should be going.
This guy literally walks into the office without ever saying hello to any of the staff that are beneath him and would only talk directly to our head of our department. And even so, he would talk over and at time, shout at our bosses right in front of us for the stupidest of things that are beyond anyone's control.
The last straw was him shouting at the production crew supervisor that we hired externally for an event to set up the sound system. He claimed that the sound system sounded bad (when it really isn't) and he was harrasing at the sound crew staff at every given opportunity (shouting out loud “this is rubbish” or “this is fucking bullshit, why the fuck am I hiring you”) he could just to feel as though he has the moral high ground to say and do things to make it right. Turns out, it sounded worse on the actual day because they tinkered the sound to his liking.
Point being is, he's such as an asshole that loves to look down on others who are not his level and it seriously disgusts me seeing him in the office. The guy pride himself as someone who's doing things for the community or greater good but he's treating other human beings like sub species. Only those that are higher or bigger than him in the outside world, he'd treat them like a diamond.
