An early exit interview is the end, right?

I am a director at my current company with several different hats in the company. I let my company know I was moving on last week – it was mutual. My boss asked for a month transition vs. just 2 weeks since there isn't a backfill and would require some level of documentation. I was able to accommodate the request as I'm trying to leave on good terms – mostly for my team that I worked so hard to build. HR just set up the exit interview for the end of this week (a week and a half into my 4 week notice). I've only had roles where an exit interview was the very end, so I look to r/antiwork for advice: Is this an early dismissal? Am I expected to finish the final 3 weeks? If not, do I get paid out for those 3 weeks, since my notice…

If not, do I get paid out for those 3 weeks, since my notice was for the month?
Is it all good to start my next gig?

I won't mind the few weeks of vacay or start my next opportunity early if they can accommodate me. Just need to know what to expect with this early exit interview.
