An Executive Director of a nonprofit was fired for supporting the unionization of his workers

So the story is wild, and they currently have an email writing campaign going to the Board President, if anyone wants to join. You can read more about it. TLDR: The ED supported his workers’ unionization efforts and was present when the letter was presented to the board. About 24 hours after that happened the Board President and two ex board members broke into their office searching for finances. In the unionization letter outside of the usual demands they wanted the President to disclose their relationship with an elected official. The President then called for a vote to fire the ED at midnight. Three people voted and got him out. They are asking for help with the email campaign to reinstate the ED, to unionize immediately and for the President to resign. Assist if you want and can. In solidarity.
