Worked in Customer support for american moble company . Got permament job contract . Then i was on my vacation . When i came back it become sick place :
- they fired someone for being disabled and responding to emails to slow
- when i was going out on 26.04 my score was 80 % but when i was back they told me my score was 0%
- they told me i should only respect supervisors and people better than me
- they given me 2 totally contraficted instructions regarding my tasks
- they told me to improve my scores on chat yet i was not alloweed to do them so No improvement
- they are threatening to fire mi disciplinary because i told them their instructions are contradicting themselves
- they called me some wrong names
-they hired a Woman with newborn yet they fired her after 3 months because she is feeding the baby
How to deal with this bullshit . They are gaslighting me and making me bad person .
