First of all, sorry for my English, its my second language. We had a discussion yesterday, with my friends and we all complained about our jobs, the managers and our bosses in general. So I thought a concept of employees, evaluate their managers and potentially fired them. I don’t know if it’s a silly concept but as I’m thinking it, it’s getting way and way more logical in my head.
