I am in awe of the people who have worked in something other than their passion for decades. I'm 4 weeks into a retail job and the fact that some of them are part time teachers…kills my soul. If we can't pay our educators enough how do we expect children to grow into a world that won't even pay for their time? This is just a rant, no responses needed.
