I’m currently in a battle with HR over fair pay. It been going on for almost two years. Background, I work as a clerk and there is another clerk and we get paid differently.I’m salary non exempt and the other is hourly. The other clerk has now received 6 bonuses and a cost of living adjustment that I “wasn’t qualified for”. It has been pushed under the rug by my boss multiple times, so now I’m battling HR. Bring me to today and my manager comes in and asked me to do more? I’m just sitting here like, are you serious? If you need me to do more you need to pay me fairly. I’m just waiting on HR’s decision before I make a move to quit.
