I get it. I understand that no matter how much we do, it is not enough and you want us to do more. Yes, I understand that you refuse to pay for overtime but you want us to do it, “for the team”. Yes, I understand that we only hit quota and did not exceed it by 100 trillion dollars like you hoped. Yes, I understand that even though we just talked about all of this yesterday, you just want to waste time repeating the exact same info the next day. Yes I know you like to hear yourself talk. Yes, I understand that you think I dont have a “sense of urgency” because I dont walk around here with anxiety every single day about how I could do more more more more more for you. Look dude, we have a job and I do it. We have a quota and I hit it. I do not live for this job. I do not go home and open my laptop and keep working. I do not dream about this job when I go to sleep. I just do this shit to earn money. Dont you get it?
