Anti work in a caring profession?

Been lurking here for a while but have never posted so apologies for any errors in advance. I’m a speech therapist and I love the work itself and my patients, but I’m sick to death of being expected to be a therapy machine. I work 4-10s in a pediatric outpatient clinic and I see 18-20 kids per day, so that’s 18-20 sessions I have to plan, complete, and document every day, plus 1-2 evaluations every week, and it’s killing me. I want to incorporate more anti-work attitudes in my life and I’ve slowly been able to, but I can’t shake this awful guilt about letting my kids and their families down if I’m not giving 100%. Fuck the job but I genuinely care about these kids. Is anybody else here in a caring profession? Does anyone have any tips about overcoming this guilt?
