So after reading this sub for a few months, Ive realized Ive been a terrible manager. I thought I was pushing my employees to be the best, but I realize now that I was just ruining their lives. After giving them a better work/life balance, our sales are the best theyve ever been and I finally see smiles around the office. You antiworkers are the real heroes!
