I 've been working for and IT corp about 4 years.The owner has a very creative way to control annual leave: Everyone must submit their next year plan on chrismas day.
today I got sick and asked ( informed) for day off. She simply gave me 8 hours of silent treatment . And later said: be ware of being laid off for un well planned annual leave.
I guess I must well planned my sick schedule.
Not in the US. Just want to vent abit @-@.
