Was just told by my company I’ve been getting trained into a manager spot for the last 2 years that due to one mistake (not removing blame from myself) I’ve essentially been taken out of consideration for the foreseeable future.
The main reason I was at this job was because the opportunity to get in that position and the second I heard them say that I’ve essentially lost all motivation to stay here.
Anyway I’m looking for some potential short term jobs that aren’t just suicide fuel like fast food. I’m an entry level worker with just a hs diploma and 4 years now of entry level work experience. I want to get my degree, but I don’t know in what major and am scared of the price commitment.
In my mind is like getting my cdl and trying to find a local trucking company or maybe trying to find a local farm that is looking for a laborer.
Maybe rn isn’t the best time though, I feel like I’ve just wasted 2 years of my life and just flipped a 180 from looking up to looking down 🙁
