any other laborers not getting labor day off?

Jiffy Lube tech here, anyone else think it's fucked up that I as a laborer, don't have labor day off, but the Jiffy Lube corporate offices do?

Don't worry though, I only have to work 10 hours instead of my usual 11 on labor day
