Any positive examples of work / good managers / good employers?

Folks, we address in almost every topic the issues which are undeniable and I utterly concur with most statements. We have to have at least one job, live from paycheck to paycheck and on top we get complained and harassed for managers' mistakes and toxic work culture. Not to mention missing health insurance and the constant feeling of being disposable at any time. Most employers just use our workforce and not our knowledge nor our honest humanity to build a great culture, strong brand, and satisfy customers at its best. I don't want to dig deeper here. We all know what I am talking about. I have the strong sense that hourly paid jobs are worse than salaried jobs. It might be only my perception or bias towards that. Don't get me wrong, salaried jobs aren't the beauty and hourly paid jobs are the best. No, not at all. Besides…
