Any success stories with moving out of Corporate?

Hi all, been in corporate IT only about 7 years but I'm already pretty burnt out with it. The meetings, the fakery.. it's not authentic, no meaningful relationships and rarely meaningful work. It's a lot of jumping through hoops and following shitty processes. Not sure if I can hack it another 30 years, or.. I do put up with it and become a lifeless drone who's a shadow of a real person (which I can already feel happening) I know it's not all corporate jobs, I did have a placement year at a company while at uni which was great. Think I'm just having my life crisis now at 33, the thought of 30 years of this is soul crushing. I honestly was more content in a supermarket job when I was younger, I had genuine interactions with people and was happily stacking shelves lol.. if it wasn't for the money I'd have no problem still doing that.

How have you guys navigated this who felt similar? Did you completely move industry or just keep hopping to different roles, or put up with it for the money?
