Any way to get Outlook inbox/sent emails before quit or being fired?

I’m planning on filing a class action lawsuit or discrimination case against my company with multiple people and I need to get my work emails for the trial. Is there any discreet way to do so? I’ve already tried creating a pst. File but I think my company is blocking it from being downloaded to a flashdrive.
