I’m currently working a customer service role from home for Apple post-sales orders, and after this being my third or fourth customer service/support related job I know I never want to work in customer support again.
When I was in college, I thought IT support would be an ideal position for me, but I’ve quickly found out how thankless and burdensome it is to provide support to customers or clients.
I’m looking for WFH jobs of any kind that are not call center work or technical support specialists, what other jobs are there to WFH that aren’t customer support phone answering jobs? I’m not built for handling angry customers or clients who just argue with you all day.
