They just ran a blatant propaganda piece talking about how employees that were finding higher paying jobs were not happier and that switching jobs was causing employees to experience regret in their decision. At the end they made one comment saying the survey they had actually said that >70% were respondents were actually HAPPIER after switching jobs and had no regrets. The whole segment was based on the minority and was a scare tactic to keep people from looking for better jobs. Absolutely disgusting.
