Basically a Dwight but more for manual labor. My guy will unload something and carry twice the team-lft requirement….. Then he slammed the boxes down so hard he knocks over the whole pallet we all already half stacked. ONE AT A TIME. not because we're lazy or quiet quitting. Just because there is a natural preservation of motion or a rythm a team falls into and EVERYWHERE I've ever worked there's a “GO-HARD” who puts more effort than anyone else…. Into fucking things up.
