Anybody else somewhat offended by the audacity of recruiters reaching out with jobs at or below your current level?

Sorry if it comes off as cocky or conceited but in the current market we’re in, I feel annoyed at recruiters that cold call or message you on LI with the downgrade jobs. If you found my profile and see my work history, what makes you think I’d leave my current role for a job that pays the same or less? Lately I’ve just been telling them the job they’re offering pays less and is at a lower level than my current job. Any tips for better responses or getting better offers? I’m open to a new job but I need it to be a better salary/level than where I’m currently at, especially if we’re in this workers’ market were in.
