This coworker and I have both been here for years and they are not able to go a day without having me support them in basic tasks of the job. I have gone to management but nothing is changing.
I am more than happy to help my team out, but having to oversee this person constantly is ridiculous. You are expected to be able to function independently at this job and my coworker cannot do this at all. I have had days where over half my time was devoted to doing this person's job and then I had to stay late to catch up.
I can say no to her if I really need to, but I have to be careful because she is extremely sensitive. She reported someone to HR last week because she perceived them as putting her down and being negative.
I don't wish ill for anyone, but please, for the love of God…I wish she would realize this job is not a good fit at all and quit.
