Not sure if this counts as anti-work, apologies if not but has anyone else ever been discouraged or even been looked down on for feeling a need to sue an employer(or anyone really)?
I ask because I've recently realized my parents are part of the brainwashed population that believes in being enslaved and if anything being GRATEFUL for the opportunity to work. That said there were instances in my life I truly felt I had a case and was wronged. When I brought it up I would hear “oh your one of THOSE people” or “that's the problem with America now, everyone is always suing for anything”. Looking back, I regret being made to feel like the bad guy.
Anyone else been through something similar by family, coworkers, society or fear?
