I have to say that I love the job I'm doing (accounting and titles) but the culture is toxic. Everyone here seems fake and kissasses. They harp on me about not moving fast enough or point out my mistakes even though some of the issues were there before I started. It feels like I'm being scapegoated. I know my boss doesn't like me and I have a feeling I'm gonna get canned. I'm wondering what other people's experiences are
