I have an alright job on paper. Good pay, okayish work life balance, but I work with some of the worst human beings on the planet. Rude/Abusive managers, discord at the top of the management chain, high turnover at the hourly level, unfair treatment, gossip culture, all of it. It’s impacting me so much that I dread going to work and I plan on exiting ASAP. My question is, why are these people making the job so hard??
