Anyone else get shamed for working a “short” shift…

My work is filled with so many brainwashed Drones that I am working an 8hr shift today (instead of a normal 10+hr), and when I showed up I was met with comments “teasing” me about my short shift! Now I responded with me making fun of them for being brainwashed and telling them that we should celebrate shorter hours and less work. This is a constant battle, I’m in upper-management at a company and I have to say I am not the ideal manager, bc I encourage taking breaks, I encourage people getting raises, I encourage people taking time off, etc. It’s so sad to see the average worker so brainwashed by the system, I literally laugh at the people that brag about how many hours they work… when asked about my next career step I openly proclaim that I’m not gonna work any harder, I’m not gonna sacrifice my…

When I take interviews I’m interviewing the potential spot for myself, they aren’t interviewing me! It’s up to them to impress me and sell me on them.
