Every job application is the same damn questions my CV already covers. But does anyone bother reading my CV? No, because they don’t even ask for it, because they want me to spend literal hours answering stupid questions on a badly optimised website that crashes every 5 minutes leaving you to do it all over again.
“Tailoring your CV” is complete bullshit. No one reads it anyway and every employer just wants you to act as if you’re applying to be the damn president not an entry level lab tech on 20K a year.
“What motivates you to do this job?” Ummm I don’t know, my rent? My bills? The hormone which makes me hungry and the fact that food costs money??? You pick.
