Anyone else having to deal with forced surveys?

The place I refuse to admit I work at used to hand out “anonymous” paper surveys to get an idea of how to manage better and NOT just so they could have an excuse to target people. Recently we've been getting job satisfaction questions on our time clock. When you try and punch out it asks you to answer a couple questions, but with only OK as an option. So basically if you don't agree and answer the questions you aren't able to clock out. Coincidentally management has really been on people's cases about leaving on time, so people are in a rush to leave so they just agree, answer the questions, and go. Is this a new thing? I've never heard of a business doing this.
