The more I think about it the more odd it seems even though its the standard. I cant help but notice how disconnected the work is from the money even though, literally, the only reason we work for people is for money. Wouldn't it be nice to walk out of your job everyday with your immediate manager/boss handing you your daily paycheck? or better yet, getting your daily paycheck as you walk in. Now that's some motivation!
