So I went on unemployment over a year ago due to leaving a job bc of them
Not giving breaks and double booking the schedule, in a medical office. It caused severe stress and multiple people left cause me to constantly train people and overseeing and checking their work while keeping up with my own work and sanitizing and cleaning instruments. Total shit show. I broke and quit filed unemplpyment and got it!!! Now my employer has been trying to contest it for 14 months. I finally have a hearing next week. And I am nervous…I have facts and a letter from my therapist indicating she worked with me to resolve the situation and communicate with my boss and manager. But wondering if anyone had an experience with a hearing and what was the result!!??
