At work and my boss is giving me so much shit. I’m the only female and lowest paid in the place but I get the hardest jobs. Constantly being rushed. Don’t have proper materials. Boss won’t attempt to try to do the job to see why it’s not going the way he wants it to. I’m beyond annoyed and mentally exhausted. I need to go! Ima welder btw. And we don’t have water in the shop. It’s summer time. Can’t run fans. If I were to quit now, would he owe me all checks today?
