Considering quitting my job. I have received a retention bonus that would require repayment if I quit or I’m fired with cause. I know I’m grasping at straws here but is there any way to get fired without cause? Other option is to pay them back in pennies if they demand payment. It’s not even that much money I just fucking hate this company
