I'm not putting in much effort at work but I just found out the HQ introduced “corporate volunteering” at our company so we can now take 3 days off per year to help out at social projects and NGOs. Looks good to me, company still pays me and I can actually do something that is meaningful to me… Does anyone have experience with such initiatives? Did it work good for you? Any problems or things to watch out for?
