So in January, one of our senior members told us that leaves are not the right of employees. Employees can apply for leaves but it is up to them if they approve the leaves or not.
So in March my mental health got so bad I decided to isolate myself and work from home.
And now on April 2 we had a national festival and everyone applied for it.
Apparently they got scared cause of my mental health situation they approved the leave for everyone.
And yesterday we had to listen to that senior member tell us he did a big favor on all of us giving us a day off.
