SO, if you are applying for cultural positions you know this very well you will be asked to write long applications, and in addition to that you will usually need to sumbit reports, or even working plan, or writing samples.. and you are asked to be creative
NOW, do not get me wrong, but why should i write a creative piece with and apply when there is no intellectual rights what so ever? IDEAS ARE NOT FREE, and im so sick of ppl who think they are..
then comes the rejection which is usually be like ' thank y for taking the time to apply for our position, how ever at this occasion we will not go further with your application and we are unable to provide you with detailed feedback..'
Hours of your life are spent for nth..
What about finding a different way of applying to such positions? Im pretty sure noone reads 15 pages.. This is ridiculous..
