I don't get it. I got my job (which isn't the best) before covid. It was hard to find a company that was offering more than $17 but I found one. Now I'm qualified for jobs that pay $24-28. My current job accidentally trained me when they dumped more work on me. Now I'm a pretty decent, fast worker. I have been TRYING to apply, but none of the posting sites will just let me submit my resume. My cover letter is generic. If they want one they get a generic one. I have it ready. I have at least four references. They're all real and willing to vouch for me. I'm a huge square too. I got guilted into doing extra work at my current job, and now I want out. I'm not a flight risk. I'm not an addict. I'm not a scam artist, but every job site loves to treat me like one.

No. Those predatory contracts don't benefit anyone. They make me hate you, and then if I do try to leave “early” you have to deal with a bunch of paperwork. Just ******* let me leave if the job isn't for me.

I'm White, but **** you. Shove this question up your *** and hire QUALIFIED people. That's what you need.
“Please fill out this timed quiz that takes twenty minutes minimum?”
Why? Why? Just let me submit my **** resume. All of the questions never make sense in these. Ever. They are either super easy, super tedious, or something so specific that you have to use Google to get it right. Usually the questions aren't even relevant to the job.
“We are urgently hiring. Please submit your resume by x date or you won't be considered.”
….then stop asking me to take timed tests before I submit my resume. Stop making me rewrite my resume in little boxes. Stop shoving “Which image has the same number code” questions down my throat. Stop bothering me about my race and gender.
