Appreciation Advice

I have an IT guy that works with me. Great guy, younger, does a great job. I've already worked out a raise for him in the last 2 years. I'm looking for ideas to further appreciate/compensate him but don't have the budget. I give him what OJT that I can in higher disciplines than is required for his role, so I am helping him to grow beyond this job. I know he will move on to do great things, I just don't want him to leave YET. Need to incentivize him to stay for at least another 2 years. Lunches are already free. Regular remote work is not possible. We get about 12 days off in addition to our 2 weeks of vacation, plus half days all summer long. And we only work until 4 pm on regular days anyway.
