I tell them I’m interested if the position OTE are over $250k. They say sure, let’s chat, and proceed to tell me they need someone with my experience and expertise (SaaS/Fintech) but can only offer $90k at the current time. Why would you get on a call and waste your time when I made it clear I’m not interested in anything under $250k. Also, how can a recruiter not know what OTE means or what RSU means? I can see why companies cannot fill roles.
