Or the board of directors? A board of directors + CEO costs a company millions. For that money more staff doing ground level work could be hired. I am certain there are people on the market who would do just as good of a job for 1/10th the cost, because CEOs in countries where they are not paid hand over fist such as Germany, have been doing it. Why is there no conversation about that?
