I have been consulting the past 2 years and I have noticed that the places I worked have let go 6 people in a year and another contract let go 4 people in a year.
I did notice there was not a lot of effort to train people, it seems like you are getting less than the minimum amount of training then they are dropping the people that can’t succeed
I had another contract where I was trained properly but it was by other consultants who said they were not, so they went out of their way to make sure the new help the new people
Is it just bad luck or is this a trend?
